Additionally, he’s responsible for evaluating & implementing new technologies to better equip & assist CWPS Engineers with day-to-day support, projects, reports, and rollout of new technology initiatives.
Ken Davis is the Founder and CEO of CodeBlue, an MSP which has grown to 125 staff and over $25m in revenues. Prior to setting up CodeBlue his 20 year career in the IT industry has included such roles as Country Manager for Toshiba and establishing Sybase in the New Zealand market.
Seth is the Lead Software Engineer for 365 Command. Recently acquired by Kaseya, 365 Command is the premiere Office 365 Management tool in the industry. Seth has been leading the development of 365 Command since its inception 3 years ago and has helped grow the cloud hosted application to its industry leading position with 3000 tenants and 1.5 million managed mailboxes.
With 15 years of software development experience, Seth has spent 10 of those years building software for IT administrators. Prior to his work on 365 Command, he was the Lead Software Engineer with M3 Technology Group building Active Directory and Exchange management tools. He was also a contributor on the development of the Sql Server management tool sqlSentry. Seth holds a Master of Computer Science from the North Caroline State College of Engineering.
Michael joined Kaseya in October of 2013 after spending 22 years at CA Technologies (formerly Computer Associates) in which he held a series of management roles in the support and development organization.
Michael was instrumental in establishing CA Technologies’ first global technical support call center in Chennai, India for the company’s channel software products where he led the initial design and build-out of the overall infrastructure and operations. He also led the creation of CA Technologies’ corporate development policies and procedures for the governance and protection of source code, and implemented flexible and consistent processes across more than 150 development teams based in several locations around the world. Michael joined CA in 1991 as a customer support specialist, and in the course of his career, has held a variety of management positions with the company, including senior director of engineering operations, and vice president of customer support operations.
Michael has a Bachelors degree in Computer Engineering from the New York Institute of Technology, NY, and a Master’s degree in General Management from Dowling College, NY, and has his certification in Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt).
Jim is the IT Director for Anchor Point, an MSP in Santa Barbara, CA. His team has been using Kaseya since 2007 and has doubled in the last three years (while maintaining high profitability) by leveraging the power of different Kaseya modules such as Policy Management and extensive agent procedures. As Senior Technology Analyst for Kaseya, Kirk is responsible for helping organizations identify their current IT operational strategies and business challenges and then aligning Kaseya solutions that best address those needs. In this role, he serves as an IT subject-matter expert and best-practice consultant and participates in pre-sale solution design and solution demonstrations.
Kirk offers a unique perspective to Kaseya having been a customer prior to joining the team. Kirk was formerly the Chief Technology Officer for a large Managed Service Provider located in upstate New York. By acquiring and implementing advanced technologies like Kaseya, Feathers led that MSP from a time-based break fix organization to an efficiency-based Managed Services Operation.
Prior, Kirk served as Chief Technology Officer for both a publically-traded international software development firm as well as a privately held software company. Responsibilities at these organizations included regulatory compliances for Sarbanes Oxley, all aspects of internal IT operations, strategic planning, product direction and Intellectual property development.
Jonathan leads product direction and sets focus for Kaseya’s BYOD and mobile-focused technology solutions. He also serves as Kaseya’s subject-matter expert and best practice consultant on all things mobile.
Prior to joining Kaseya, Jonathan was the co-founder and CEO of Rover Apps – a company which Kaseya acquired in July 2013. Rover Apps developed cutting-edge mobile solutions to address the needs of enterprises and independent software vendors for faster, more secure mobile information integration with existing solutions at companies of all sizes.
Jonathan has extensive experience in leading teams to deliver breakthrough software solutions. His track record of more than 20 years includes technical leadership and executive roles at companies including Reed Business Information, a global provider of business information, data services, and marketing solutions in multiple formats, and DoubleClick, a pioneer in Internet ad-serving that is now a subsidiary of Google.
Kevin Franck has over 30 years of experience in the software development and IT industries. As a VP, Product Management at Kaseya, Kevin is responsible for product definition and product management for key areas of Kaseya’s IT management and automation software suite.
During his career, Kevin has held senior management positions overseeing the development of commercially successful software packages for startup firms as well as large global enterprises. Kevin has also held senior IT management roles at various technology firms where he was responsible for creating and managing world-class IT infrastructures. In 2002, Kevin co-founded Acertion, a startup venture that was one of the first companies to use Kaseya in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) setting. Prior positions include VP of Software Development at Platinum Software and Chief Information Officer at Alerio.
With nearly 15 years of IT industry experience, Chad oversees the current and future direction of Kaseya's new remote control application, the dashboard and reporting system, as well as the SaaS infrastructure.
During his 8 years as a managed services provider, Chad played a key role in designing and productizing the managed services practice, based on Kaseya's automation platform, and took the business from seven employees to 70 during his tenure.

Tom Hayes is responsible for the development of strategy and go-to-market initiatives for Kaseya's IT Management solutions worldwide. Tom has accumulated over 20 years of experience working at the heart of the IT industry. He has substantial industry expertise in IT management technologies and solutions, including networks, systems and applications. Prior to joining Kaseya, Tom held several senior marketing positions at EMC, CA Technologies, Concord Communications, 3Com, Motorola and several start-up companies, where he was responsible for new product definition, product marketing, sales, and channel management.
Ted Hulsy is Vice President of Marketing for eFolder, Inc. Hulsy has also served in IT marketing roles for over 17 years at companies such as Dell SonicWALL, Netopia, and Sprint. James Ilderton is Principal Engineer for UTG with over twelve years of MSP industry experience providing world-class support to UTG and its customers. This includes the rollout and ongoing management of Kaseya Virtual System Administrator since 2007. James has led projects to consolidate various monitoring platforms including the most recent to Traverse, which was acquired by Kaseya mid-project. James also provides support escalations, project lead and pre-sales support for UTG’s managed service clients.
Prakash brings 20 years of technology industry experience and success to Kaseya, including building enterprise software and delivering market-leading cloud collaboration solutions.
In 2006, Prakash co-founded dimdim Inc., a web-based platform that let users host or attend live online meetings, demos and webinars, and served as its Chief Technology Officer and Executive Vice President of Product Development. He was responsible for overseeing the dimdim technology roadmap and leading the engineering team. Dimdim was acquired by Salesforce in 2011 where he became their SVP of Engineering for the Collaboration Cloud platform.
Previously, Mr. Khot led the CA RFID Group in the Office of Chief Technology Officer. He joined CA in 2001 upon its acquisition of Boston-based AIM, Inc. which he co-founded and served as Chief Technology Officer. AIM built the industry's first monitoring and management product for J2EE eCommerce and app servers.
With nearly seven years of experience at Kaseya, Ben Lavalley has amassed a wealth of technical product knowledge and currently leads the Technology Alliance Program in addition to his role as Product Manager for several functional areas of Kaseya’s products. As Sr. Enterprise Support Engineer, Ben played a key role in shaping the enterprise support processes of his prior employer Sunbelt Software (now known as ThreatTrack Security). He later moved to becoming a Sales Consultant there before he joined the Kaseya fold in 2007.
As EVP of Product Management, Don is responsible for leading product strategy and direction for the Kaseya family of products. Don has extensive experience in product management, engineering, marketing, and architecture programs for both SaaS and on-premise enterprise solutions, with over 30 years of experience in the enterprise software industry.
Prior to Kaseya, Don was SVP of Engineering / Distinguished Engineer and SVP Technology Strategy at CA Technologies, where he was responsible for product direction and development for a wide breadth of CA’s products. He has extensive experience in infrastructure, service assurance, process automation, Web services, database, application development, and business applications.
Don holds a patent on a Unified Service Model, and has earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in business administration with a concentration in technology from Boston University.
As an architect with Kaseya, Tobias leads the development effort on the new Kaseya Remote Control application, and on the technologies that underpin it.
Tobias has over 15 years of software industry experience in a variety of roles. Most recently he comes to Kaseya via Pharos Systems, where he served as the product lead for the Uniprint, Off-the-Glass and SignUp products. He also holds an MSc in Engineering Physics and Complex Adaptive Systems from Chalmers University of Technology.
Rajib is responsible for the IT Operations Management area of Kaseya's solution suite. His deep understanding of operational requirements comes from running state-of-the-art data centers, tier 1 IP backbone and large ISPs is crucial for designing the next generation monitoring solution. Before Kaseya, he led the engineering and product teams at Zyrion and positioned Traverse as an industry leading fault and performance monitoring solution with key focus on Business Service Management.
