Rania Succar is the Chief Executive Officer of Kaseya, the leading global provider of AI-powered IT management and cybersecurity software for managed service providers (MSPs) and small to mid-size businesses (SMBs). As CEO, Rania leads the company’s global strategy and execution, driving continued innovation and growth across the Kaseya platform. With a strong track record of scaling businesses and delivering impactful customer outcomes, Rania brings a unique blend of product vision, operational expertise and global leadership to the role. Before joining Kaseya, Rania served as Head of Intuit Mailchimp, where she fueled revenue growth for small businesses by introducing advanced AI and SMS capabilities, expanding the platform’s international footprint and accelerating its integration into Intuit’s ecosystem. Prior to that, she led Intuit’s QuickBooks Money, where her teams improved financial outcomes for small businesses through faster payments, smarter cash flow forecasting, and expanded access to capital, delivering significant growth in payments volume under her leadership. Earlier in her career, Rania held leadership positions at Google, McKinsey & Company and Merrill Lynch, bringing a well-rounded perspective from technology, strategy and finance. Rania holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Harvard College, a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School and a Master of Public Administration in International Development from the Harvard Kennedy School.
